Real Estate Virtual Assistant
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role will involve administrative tasks, client communication, and marketing support.

Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage schedules, coordinate appointments, and maintain organized records.
- Client Communication: Respond to inquiries from clients and leads, providing timely and accurate information.
- Marketing Assistance: Create and manage social media content, assist with email marketing campaigns, and prepare promotional materials.
- Research: Conduct market research to gather data on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends.
- Transaction Coordination: Assist with paperwork and documentation related to real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Virtual Tours & Open Houses: Assist in organizing virtual tours and open houses, including marketing and client follow-ups.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Experience:
Prior experience in real estate or as a virtual assistant preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zillow, etc.).
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills:
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Attention to Detail:
High level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Self-Motivated:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Availability:
Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs and team meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with real estate marketing strategies and tools.
- Basic knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
- Experience with social media management
